Multiply named Open Web Awards finalist

    Link: http://mashable.com/2008/11/19/openwebawards-voting-1/

We at Multiply are thrilled to announce that Web 2.0 blog Mashable has selected Multiply as a finalist in their 2nd Annual Open Web Awards, under the category of "Mainstream Social Network."

Voting is open to anyone, and you can vote once... per day.

Voting ends on November 30th, so get out there and vote early and, perhaps, often for your favorite mainstream social networking site. Whichever that may be. :-)

If it's Multiply, you can use the widget to the right to instantly vote for us, but be sure to visit the post on Mashable to cast votes for other categories. (And you can, apparently, vote someone else for best "Mainstream Social Network" by visiting the post. But why?)

The boat was fine through the storm. No water to speak of in the bilge even. Nice tight boat. But the marina took a beating, as did many of the marina's and boats in this are. Very sad about Gerry. I was gone for two months, while the marina got it's water and electricity back. Got home last Friday - so good to be back. Even the storage shed stuff was OK. I must be doing something right. I will be 'out of a job' for a while - late winter, early spring - but am OK with that. Give me time to 'tweak' my various pages and my genealogy web site.
